Staff Bios

Jennifer Wolff is the owner of Nannies from Heaven. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Alberta with a degree in education, winning numerous scholarships along the way. She went on to a distinguished teaching career in the Edmonton and Toronto public school boards. She left the public school system to start a successful Suzuki music school in Toronto and spent many years teaching music to young children. In 2001 she left teaching to begin a family and stayed home for several years with her children before returning to the work force.

In 2006 she returned to Alberta to be nearer to her aging parents. She saw a great need for quality care for both children and the elderly and founded Nannies from Heaven. After passing a rigorous exam covering the law and ethics, Jennifer became a full member of the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants in 2007.

 

Angela Smedema heads our consultant team as the National Sales Manager for Nannies from Heaven. The busy mom has spent her life in various senior manager and client service positions. She brings top-notch attention to detail, an eye for talent and excellent judgment to her work.

Anglea adopted her children from China and is an active volunteer in her community. She has spent the past few years consulting with families regarding international adoption.

 

 

Donna Paonessa works in the Toronto area and resides in Vaughan. Donna has a Bachelor of Arts degree as well as an Early Childhood Education degree, and spent 10 years working as an Early Childhood Educator before moving on to administrative support for a major personal care supplier.

Donna adopted her children from China and has been providing pre and post adoption support for families for the past five years. She is also an active volunteer at her children's school.

 

 

Christine Economopoulos was raised in Toronto. She graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Science degree. She then entered a career in the fast paced world of the brokerage industry. After fifteen years in this business, Christine decided to change career paths. She is a mother of 3 children and presently resides in Montreal. Having had to juggle a busy career with raising 3 children, Christine understands the importance of having a trusting and good quality childcare available for today's busy parents.

 

 

Christine Berry - has operated Women to Women Health and Berry technologies for 13 years. Christine’s vision has been to promote the betterment of Women’s Health in Canada. To date W2W’s work with major fertility clinics and the use of W2W products have assisted in creation of thousands of families in Canada. Christine’s has been a single mother since the birth of her daughter and recognizes the struggles of operating a business and ensuring her child is receiving safe and nurturing care. Christine retained Nannies from Heaven as she believed in the owner’s philosophy that protects both the family and caregiver. It was this philosophy that prompted Christine to join the team.
